Ultimately, due in large part to Sharon’s resourcefulness, we helped the buyer navigate local zoning requirements and finally ended up selling the property. Not only was Sharon instrumental in finding qualified buyers, and getting the property sold, but she was also in constant communication with us, so that we knew what was going on every step of the way, including during the slower periods when there was not a lot of interest in the property.

When one of our clients next needs a commercial real estate broker, I will refer him or her to Sharon. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you must take advantage. You will not be disappointed.
